Vendor Table/Booth Registration Agreement 

All vendors must read and agree to the following…

No additional TATTOO SUPPLIERS to be taken as a vendor, as we have an exclusive supplier

After submitting your payment and confirming your spot/ booth refunds will not be given unless the convention is cancelled due to outside reasons. This is in regard to weather, hotel/ venue circumstances and other unforeseen Act of God situations.  In the event that this was to occur, another set of dates would be provided as the new convention dates.

All spots must be paid in full to be confirmed. 

No tattooing or piercing to take place in any of the vendor booths/ spots.

Food/ Drink vendors are not permitted as a vendor. 

If we feel for any reason that a vendor in conflict with the convention, hotel or convention space, we have the right to refund and refuse any vendor at any time.

Please let us know what items or services you are looking to offer/ sell. We have a very strict criteria and the booth needs to fit what we do. Also, please read the vendor agreement/ requirements at the bottom of the page prior to emailing.

(We do not accept any "gaming" or similar booth requests)
