No additional TATTOO SUPPLIERS to be taken as a vendor, as we have an exclusive supplier

After submitting your payment and confirming your spot/ booth refunds will not be given unless the convention is cancelled due to outside reasons. This is in regard to weather, hotel/ venue circumstances and other unforeseen Act of God situations.  In the event that this was to occur, another set of dates would be provided as the new convention dates.

All spots must be paid in full to be confirmed. 

No tattooing or piercing to take place in any of the vendor booths/ spots.

Food/ Drink vendors are not permitted as a vendor. 

If we feel for any reason that a vendor in conflict with the convention, hotel or convention space, we have the right to refund and refuse any vendor at any time.

Those interested in reserving a Vendor Spot, simply read the Vendor Booth Registration Agreement for the 2019 Jacksonville Tattoo Convention at the bottom of the page.  Next, fill in the form below to initiate the registration process, acknowledging you have read and agree and click on "Submit". 

After this is complete you will receive an email from us to finalize your vendor spot within 24 - 48 hours with the payment request.
