Sponsorship Opportunities and Registration

Platinum: $2,500(ONLY 2 OF THESE PACKAGES AVAILABLE)
• 2- 10x10 Artists/ Vendor Booths with priority placement. (Includes up to 8 vendor passes/ badges)
• (1) free nights stay, with breakfast for 2, at hotel with upgraded room (Must be used during the convention dates. Room and Tax
Only. Additional nights to be paid for by individual/ company registering for sponsorship.)
• Minimum of (3) social media posts per month featuring company logo.
• Top placement of logo on flyers, convention website (with forwarding link to company website) radio ads
(if applicable) and other printed materials/ publications.

Gold: $1,500
• (1) 10x10 Artist/ Vendor Booth with priority placement. (Includes up to 4 vendor passes/ badges)
• Minimum of (2) social media posts per month featuring company logo.
• Priority Booth Location
• Top Placement of logo on flyers, convention website (with forwarding link to company website) and other
printed materials/ publications.

Silver: $1,000
• (1) 10x10 Artist/ Vendor Booth (Includes up to 4 vendor passes/ badges)
• (1) Social Media Post per month featuring company logo.
• Logo on convention website

Bronze: $500
• (1) Table top vendor spot, company logo on flyers and website with forwarding link to company website.
• (2 weekend/ exhibitor passes included)

If you purchase an option that has booths included and you are bringing tattoo artists to work in the space, all the artists MUST have the proper Florida Tattoo License and meet the requirements set by the state to tattoo in the booth(s) during the convention dates. A separate registration form will need to be completed by the shop/ artist that will be working in the booth(S).

Priority Placement for booth(s) will be a corner space or a space located in one of the 4 center aisles in the convention hall.

Registration: (We will send you a PayPal invoice with your balance. Registration and Payment must be completed to confirm your sponsorship and booth space)
